About The Artist
I’m Ossilia Flawol, an Australian who loves modding Source Engine games and doing art pieces, alongside just generally enjoying positive vibes! I work on Portal: Catalyst and Portal 2: Desolation primarily as my modding projects :)I love doing art as a side thing, I’m still learning more and more as to how to improve and keep on going with my art pieces!I’m genderfluid! I tend to utilise She/Her mostly, but I’m fine with being referred to with He/Him and They/Them! I’ll support my friends all the same no matter their identity as long as they do no harm to others. I’m also bisexual and have a loving boyfriend.

For the listings below, please note that these are experimental listings as I try to branch out my commissions to cover more avenues, cheers!~SIDE NOTE: The main difference in Discord Emotes VS Telegram Stickers is that they will be made with the formatting of each medium in mind, I cannot stop you from using commissioned Discord Emotes on Telegram and vice versa, but I will not adjust them for you!

Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you will be agreeing to these Terms of Service, failure to abide by them when commissioning me will result in an automatic rejection of your commission.
GENERAL TERMS
These terms may change at any time, this will occur without notice.
I can cancel or refuse your commission if I do not feel comfortable doing it.
If you are being rude, uncooperative or generally behaving innapropriately to me, I have the right to refuse and cancel your commission.
Commissions should typically not take too long to do, I will inform you on how long it should take.

The ones listed above will NOT be drawn under ANY circumstances.
MY RIGHTS TO MY WORK
Do not repost, trace or repurpose my artwork that I have created for personal reasons.
Do not trace or repurpose my artwork even if you commissioned the piece.
I own the copyright to my work.
If, and only if, you have commissioned a piece from me, you may repost that specific piece on your social media as long as my watermark is visible on the post. You may not post any pieces that weren't made specifically for you.
Don't claim my artwork or designs as made by you.
Commissions are for personal use only, unless specified otherwise.
If a client wants to use their commission in commercial work, they must first come get written consent from me.
Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissions as non fungible tokens. Use of my work for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
I will never sell/resell any of my work as non fungible tokens. If artwork I have created, regardless if commissioned or personal, is listed as non fungible tokens or is being resold for cryptocurrency, it is stolen. Please report any resales or reposts to me.
Nothing made by me may be used in any blockchain related technology, to include NFT's, cryptocurrency or future inventions.
You may not use my art in AI Generation datasets.
REFUNDS AND CHANGES
As your commission is created, you will get progress updates from me, you can use this time to suggest any changes you'd want to be made.
The further developed the artwork is, the less I will be willing to change things for you. If you choose to massively change the commission when it is nearly done, you will have to pay a fee that adds onto the original price.
You will get a watermarked sketch of the artwork, if you are happy with what is shown, you can pay for the commission to be finished.
If you choose to get a refund on the commission part-way through, you will recieve a partial refund depending on how much progress is made.
You cannot refund a commission if it is completed, or if you have broken these TOS.
Small changes, such as missing markings or me messing up a colour, are completely free!
